For the second consecutive year, the OMC Cannabis Peru Association took an active role in the European cannabis event circuit, participating as an exhibitor in two of the sector’s most prominent trade fairs: the XXIV edition of Spannabis – Hemp Fair – in Bilbao, Spain (April 17–19), and the 9th KONOPEX EXPO Cannabis Festival in Ostrava, Czech Republic (April 24–26).
The objective of these events is not only to celebrate innovation and sustainability as core pillars of the global cannabis culture but also to serve as a key point of reference for the dissemination of information across all branches of the industry: industrial, therapeutic, and recreational. Consequently, these forums maintain a clear focus on both professional networking (B2B) and direct consumer sales (B2C).
Beyond an environment that blends entertainment, education, and information, the conferences feature professional programs addressing critical topics such as cannabis legislation, decriminalization, legalization, and regulatory frameworks. Other key areas of focus include cultivation, genetic improvement, technology, processing, medical treatments, and technical applications, all of which are essential to the global cannabis industry.
