At OMC Cannabis Perú Association, we believe in the power of knowledge, research, and education to transform the perception of cannabis and hemp in both medicinal and industrial fields. Our organization was founded with the mission to promote, educate, guide, analyze, highlight, protect, and spread awareness of the multiple uses and benefits of this plant, both in healthcare and various industries.

We are a legally established entity in Peru, officially registered with the Public Registries and backed by OMC Pharmamedic SAC, a licensed and state-authorized pharmaceutical company specializing in the importation of cannabis and its derivatives. Our operations comply with the legal framework established under Law No. 30681, its amendment Law No. 31312, and Regulation DS No. 005-2019-SA.
